‘FOR WE ARE MANY 2: LOVECRAFT’ STARS NICHOLAS VINCE AND LAURENCE R. HARVEY IN NEW LOVECRAFTIAN HORROR ANTHOLOGY
Following an exclusive first look with Rue Morgue, For We Are Many 2: Lovecraft is now being unveiled more widely, with images and details from the upcoming feature-length horror anthology starring Hellraiser and Nightbreed actor Nicholas Vince and The Human Centipede II’s Laurence R. Harvey.
For We Are Many 2: Lovecraft assembles eight tales of cosmic horror exploring forbidden knowledge, ancient forces and humanity’s uneasy place in the cosmos. Cults, creatures and otherworldly horrors emerge across the anthology, with the individual tales bound together by an Amicus-style wraparound.
Lawrie Brewster, Sarah Daly, Tom Staunton, Oliver Revie and Megan Tremethick direct segments of the anthology, with Tremethick appearing in several of the stories. British Horror Studio produces.
The project surpassed its initial £27,500 Kickstarter goal within 48 hours of launching and has since passed its first stretch goal, with the campaign still underway.
“Nicholas has a commanding presence and an instinctive understanding of this kind of horror,” Brewster says. “There’s a real assurance to his performance, and he knows exactly when to be subtle and when to let something more animated break through. That contrast was wonderful to work with, and having him become part of our Lovecraftian world was an absolute privilege.”
The images offer a first glimpse at the film’s Lovecraftian world, including characters played by Vince and Harvey.
For We Are Many 2: Lovecraft is currently in it’s final 48 hours crowdfunding on Kickstarter.
