Action Xtreme is thrilled to share a brand new teaser from their upcoming turbo charged action-thriller Bad Day at the Office. The film will have its World Premiere as the opening film of the prestigious Midnight Madness strand at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and will be released in UK & Irish Cinemas from 30th October.

Shot entirely in first person, Bad Day At The Office combines a high-octane action thriller with that of an adrenaline-fueled video game. With the action all seen through the eyes of the protagonists and antagonists via GoPro cameras; every punch, every chase, every explosion is seen and felt.

Audiences will also be able to experience Bad Day at the Office in all its irrepressible glory on Wednesday 19th August at Cineworld Fountainbridge by immersing themselves in the sights, sounds, scents and motions of the 4DX screening, a rarity as a format for UK Film Festival screenings.

For fans of Hardcore Henry, blended with Crank, Call of Duty, and a sprinkling of Guy Ritchie’s Snatch, this is John Hannah (The Mummy) as you’ve never seen him.

Bad Day at the Office also stars Radha Mitchell (Pitch Black), Tamer Hassan (The Football Factory) and Lana Parrilla (Once Upon a Time) as well as Tim Fellingham (Final Destination 5), Roxanne McKee (Game of Thrones), Branko Tomović (24: Live Another Day) and Victor Gardener (Fast and Furious 6).

Director Chee Keong Cheung has created a wild and relentless POV thriller that puts the audience squarely inside the chaos. You are not watching the main character. You are the main character.

When Karl (John Hannah) awakes in a wrecked hotel room with a splitting headache, it isn’t because he’s nursing a nasty hangover. Karl has no memory of what’s happened, where he is, or even who he is.

When he discovers a dead body in his bathtub, and two police officers soon knocking at his door, it sets into motion a terrifying and explosive series of events that force Karl and hotel maid Molly (Radha Mitchell) on a blind descent into a deceptive world of confusion and conspiracy, all the while with a price on his head and half the city in murderous pursuit.

Karl will need to draw on his forgotten skill sets if he has any hope of survival, as he and Molly endeavour to unravel the mystery that took his memories.

Studio Dome today unveiled the official trailer for HATE THYSELF, the psychological thriller directed by Shivaan Makker and starring Oscar Torre (The Haves and the Have Nots) alongside the late horror legend Tony Todd (Candyman). The film will be released in the United States and Canada on digital platforms on September 1, 2026.

Blending the tension of a serial killer investigation with an unsettling psychological descent, HATE THYSELF follows Detective Angelo Matteo (Oscar Torre), a deeply religious investigator whose unwavering faith is tested when he and his partner, Rufus, are assigned to track down a sadistic murderer preying on young men. As the body count rises, Angelo finds himself drawn into a disturbing world where the line between justice and obsession begins to disappear.

Haunted by the brutality of the crimes, Angelo’s pursuit of the killer awakens long-buried personal demons, threatening his marriage, his sobriety, and ultimately his sense of right and wrong. As the investigation deepens, what begins as a hunt for a serial killer evolves into a gripping exploration of guilt, faith, trauma, and the darkness that can consume even the most principled people.

The screenplay was written by Sullivan McGuffin. The film also stars Happy Anderson, Corin Nemec, Deborah Rennard, Danforth Comins, Vincent Banks, Gary Brunner, Evan Daigle, and Christina Urias.

Inspired in part by the horrific crimes of real-life serial killer Robert Berdella, HATE THYSELF examines the psychological cost of confronting unimaginable evil while delivering a suspenseful, character-driven thriller.

ASMR Horror Film Spoiling You Releases Teaser Trailer

The teaser trailer for the ASMR horror film Spoiling You was first revealed in an exclusive premiere with Bloody Disgusting, where the outlet’s social media post accumulated over 950,000 views within 48 hours.

An ASMR horror film, Spoiling You explores how manufactured intimacy can curdle into obsession, as a lonely man’s fixation on an online persona turns invasive and deeply destabilising.

The film centres on Drew, a lonely insomniac who becomes fixated on Miss Mutter, an ASMR-style creator whose videos promise intimacy and unconditional care. A chance to meet her in person begins to unravel the fantasy he has built.

“We were interested in how easily comfort can be mistaken for safety,” said co-writer and director Megan Tremethick, “and what happens when that assumption is quietly tested.”

The film stars Laurence R. Harvey, known for The Human Centipede films, alongside Stephen Kerr and Megan Tremethick, who also directs and she co-wrote the film with Lawrie Brewster. The project was produced in collaboration with British Horror Studio.

Spoiling You will make its World Premiere on Saturday, February 21 at 7:00 p.m. at the Romford Horror Film Festival in Romford, London, UK.
